The stem or hand set of the torch touches the middle section of the lower part of the shield. At this joint a ribbon with wording written on it, weaves to the right and left in a straight line. This section of the shield is colored white. The hand set of the torch is colored red. The rest of the logo is colored red. The flames of the torch is colored yellow.
