The problem with buying online is that you don't know the seller. In a real-world store you at least see someone behind the counter. There's a face to the business. On the Net you have to rely on the information and pictures on the seller's web site. That's it - and it's not really enough.
I don't like buying online if there's no money-back guarantee - so I do not expect that of you.
