What about logo copyright? Do I own the copyright to my logo?

As per our Terms of Service, copyright to the logo is automatically transferred to you when you purchase a logo. We will also send you a "Transfer of Copyright" certificate on request.

This applies to all our logos, including our pre-designed logos.

If you are in a different country, copyright still applies. The Berne Convention is an international agreement about copyright. Almost all countries in the world are Berne Convention signatories, so copyright in the US = copyright in the UK = copyright in Spain = copyright in South Africa = copyright in Australia = copyright in Belgium = copyright in India etc. etc. Our transfer of copyright will be valid in just about any country.
