As per our Terms of Service, copyright to the logo is automatically transferred to you when you purchase a logo. We will also send you a "Transfer of Copyright" certificate on request.
This applies to all our logos, including our pre-designed logos.
If you are in a different coutry, copyright probably still applies. The Berne Convention is an international agreement about copyright. Almost all countries in the civilized world are Berne Convention signatories, so copyright in the US = copyright in the UK = copyright in Spain = copyright in South Africa = copyright in Australia = copyright in Belgium = copyright in India etc. etc. Our transfer of copyright will be valid in just about any country.
