Upon completion of the design, the logo files (all the formats for printing, web use etc.) will be delivered to you via email. We normally attach all the files separately, but we can also zip them if you prefer.

If you cannot receive large emails (2 to 4 MB), we will upload the files to our web site and let you know how to download them.

We routinely experience problems delivering email to Yahoo mail, Hotmail and other web-based email services. These services often have agressive spam filtering rules and inevitably some legitimate emails are filtered out with the spam, especially when there are large image attachments. Please do not make use of one of these services when communicating with Biz-Logo.com. If you insist on using your web-based email account, be sure to add Biz-Logo.com to your safe senders list and periodically check your "spam"/"junk" folder. If you still receive nothing from us, please supply an alternative email address where you may be reached.

FIY, so far we've not had this problem with Gmail.
