Before
we dig in, here's the most frequently asked question:
If I buy a logo from you, can someone else
buy the same logo?
Here's the answer:
NO. Absolutely not. When we receive an order
for a pre-designed logo, we mark it as "sold" and the
link to the order page for that logo is disabled. We know that
there are design companies who resell logos. Yes, that's ridiculous.
It's not only unethical but bad for business. When you buy a logo
from us, it's yours and only yours. You own the copyright. The
only right we retain is the right to display your logo in our
portfolio as part of our past work.
Step
1:
Find your logo
Start at the index of the pre-designed
logos:

You can click any logo (except the
ones that say "Sold"), to zoom in. That zoomed-in page
is also the order page for that logo. Simply scroll down to the
bottom of that page for the order form.
Step
2:
Order
The first part
of the order is where you tell us what you want...
You can specify:
- The color. Keep the color
we used in the original design or pick your color from our nifty
color chart - or, if you have a very
specific color in mind, you can give us the HEX value, or RGB
value, or CMYK value, or even the PMS value. Go for it.
- The font. To change the
font, pick it from our equally nifty font
chart :-) ... or, if you want a different font, tell us
the font name. Chances are that we have it. If not, we'll find
it - even if we have to buy it on the Net. If you have the font
file you're welcome to email it to us after completing the order.
- The case. All uppercase/ all lowercase. It
makes no difference to us. The way you type it in the order
form is the way we use it in the logo.
- Just about anything else. These are not custom
logos, so if you want that eagle in the original design replaced
with a running polar bear, we'll politely suggest that you consider
ordering a custom logo. But almost
any small change is fine. For example, removing a swoosh here
or increasing the size of a circle there is no problem. We'll
throw that in for free. If you want to run your idea by us before
ordering, email us. Remember to
give us the product number to the left of the logo so we know
which logo you're referring to.
Step
3:
Payment
For credit card
processing we use both "CCNow" and "2CheckOut".
Both are big, reputable and have been around a while. Which one
you choose is up to you. You'll notice 2 order buttons at the
bottom of the order form. If you already know and trust one of
them, go for it.
If you prefer paying by check, that's fine too.

us. We'll do what we can to accommodate you.
Step
4:
Review your layout options
One business
day later (maximum), you'll receive an email from us. It will
have an image attached. The image will show your logo in a couple
of different layouts. See an example here.
Reply to that email and tell us which one you want. If you reply
right away, you'll probably receive the final logo files an hour
or two later. Again, the maximum is 1 business day.
If you're in a hurry, you have the
option to just get the final files right away. You can specify
this on the order form.
Step
5:
The final image files
Once you choose the layout, we'll
send you the final image files. This includes everything you could
possibly need for professional printing, for your own desktop
printing, for on-screen display and for web use. We'll even send
you a black and white version for use in faxes etc.

6:
Prepare yourself for fanatical support
Most logo design firms keep a backup
copy of your logo - in case you loose yours.
We do that too.
But we go further...

format, a different size, on a different background, in a different
color etc., we'll send you what you need within 1 business day.
